Delivery Inspection and Acceptance 📦
Please inspect your parcel thoroughly in the presence of the delivery agent. Once the delivery is accepted and the agent has departed, we are unable to process any subsequent complaints regarding the physical condition or contents of the package.
Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Assurance ✅
We do not offer a general trial or return policy. Returns and exchanges are exclusively permitted for products that are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e., not matching the product ordered).
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please return it to the delivery person immediately. We will then promptly arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you.
- If you receive an incorrect product, we will take full responsibility for the error and provide a free exchange.
